Ab Circle Mini Review

Well this Ab Circle Mini Review has been a long time coming. Well, not really because it's only been a few weeks but the anticipation for the Ab Circle Mini launch on HSN was epic and I could not wait see what this was really like in action. So I watched the launch at Midnight and loved it.

I watched the next round of the Ab Circle Mini Launch at 8:00am and then at 2pm, 7pm and 10pm. Wow! What a ride but as exhausted as this Ab Circle Pro fan was, I can't imagine what Jeniffer Nicole Lee was going through. JNL is a nuclear bomb's worth of energy and she single handedly inspired at least 32,000 people to buy ab circle mini in 1 day. (Including Me)

Leading up to the launch, the video below was the only way to get a peak at the Ab Circle Mini and although it looked awesome, and a definite change to the Ab Circle Pro, I really wanted to see what would happen on HSN.

I kept my eye on the fitness models in the background to see if they were able to keep good form easily and see if their core muscles were contracting or not. That's my sneaky way of seeing if a product delivers, or if it's just something only the inventor can do. After all, it's never easy to shoot a free throw like Michael Jordan no matter how much you practice. I wanted to see if the Mini Circle was something I could use or if you needed a six pack already just to use it effectively.

I've had great success using the Ab Circle Pro so I really didn't doubt the effectiveness of the Ab Circle Mini, but I wondered if I really needed on. How much better could it be?

My Ab Circle Mini review is going to have to be in two parts. I already have my opinions of what I've seen but I'm going to have to wait until my Mini Circle arrives before I give it my complete stamp of approval. (Or Not).

I intend to check it out thoroughly from unpacking, assembly, beginner ab workout and advanced workout before I close the book on this thing. I'm happy to review it because if you buy ab circle mini right now, there is a money back offer through HSN and they are really good about that type of thing.

From what I saw on the Ab Circle Mini launch I was very impressed. Through the many live telecasts on Sunday April 25th, JNL repeated several times that she, and her team of fitness engineers, had heard the feedback regarding the Ab Circle Pro and addressed some issues to make the Mini as good as it could be. By all appearances they have done so.

The first thing I noticed was it was remarkably similar to the Ab Circle Pro but smaller. In fact it is lighter and more compact which makes it easily transportable. JNL carried around the stage demonstrating its weight and how little space it requires for use. It can be used in smaller spaces and more importantly won't command an entire room. Removing the handles with an easy step, allows the ab circle mini to slide under a bed or table for easy storage. The weight would allow anyone to toss it up into a closet which is something I intend to do.

But, the most important part of any real mini circle review are the results after several weeks of use. Unfortunately, there are very few people out there who have actually had one long enough to see any results. The official launch being today makes it hard to formulate any opinion based on personal experience so you are going to have to check back in a few weeks to monitor my progress.

I can say this. The ab circle mini looks like the real deal. I love the knee pad inserts because they appear to address the complaint that the Ab Circle Pro's knee pads wear out quickly. Further, I love the apparent smoothness of the side to side motion on the rollers. The movement seems more fluid than that of the Ab Circle Pro and if I'm right, then it would be in improvement.

They say the Mini Circle holds 250 lbs and I'm in no danger of reaching that weight, but that my be something to consider for some considering trying out this new ab machine. The varied hand positions and body angles seem to offer better variation of angles to attack the core with but the basic circular technology has not changed.

The most drastic difference between the Ab Circle Pro and the Mini Circle is undoubtedly the price. The Mini will save about $60 and run about $140. However, today's launch was offered at $99.00 so hopefully the company will find a way to extend that but I've heard nothing to that effect. $140 is still a great deal for this 3 minute a day little gem if it really works.

I have very high hopes for the Mini Circle, but would like to hear what readers think. If you've had your ab circle mini long enough to really formulate an opinion, then please leave a comment to help inform others.

Keep in mind that with any ab machine intended to tone and strengthen muscles you must maintain a sensible diet. Building muscle, or strengthening will not melt the fat off the core. The ab circle mini and the Ab Circle Pro do provide and excellent cardio workout which is extremely rare in an ab machine, but you will have to change some eating habits if you are going to achieve maximum results.Nothing comes easy, but if the Mini Circle is anything like the Ab Circle Pro, then it will go a long way towards achieving your fitness goals.
